Tempranillo and Syrah grapes
were whole bunch pressed to ensure a low pick-up of
colour and a clean juice. After settling the juice was
tank fermented using a neutral yeast and fermentation
stopped with a small amount of residual sugar. Colour
was naturally pale and once again we have used
around 5% Muscat for an aromatic lift.
Salmon pink. Aromatics of strawberry, cream and the delicate
perfume of white flowers. The palate is medium
bodied with a soft but rich texture.
Finishing slightly off dry.
