The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to tank. After settling the juice was fermented with an aromatic yeast to enhance the varietal character. Once acid and sugar balance was achieved the wine was chilled to stop the fermentation. After a short maturation the wine was bottled.
Aromatic notes of grapefruit, white nectarine and spring flowers. The palate is light bodied with a delicious balance between fruit sweetness and acidity.
On its own or with cheese, nuts and preserved fruits.
