The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to tank. After settling the juice was fermented with an aromatic yeast to enhance the varietal character. Once acid and sugar balance was achieved the wine was chilled to stop the fermentation. After a short maturation the wine was bottled.
Aromatic notes of grapefruit, peach and white flowers. An interesting mineral note of wet stone is also apparent. The palate is full bodied with a crisp and salty texture and a long refreshing finish.
