The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to tank. After settling the juice was fermented with an aromatic yeast to enhance varietal character. Once sugar and acid balance was achieved the wine was chilled. After a short maturation the wine was bottled.
Aromatic notes of apple, citrus and melon. The palate is full bodied with a crisp acid structure and a long rich finish.
